My Client’s Finally Been Vindicated

Video Transcribed: So after a year of delays and more delays and a petitioner who continually failed to come to court prepared, my client is finally vindicated from a nonsense protective order. My name is Brian L. Jackson. I am an Oklahoma dad’s rights attorney I wanted to share a positive story today.

I just got out of a protective order court a little while ago, put on a hearing, and I was able to get a protective order finally dismissed that was a weak protective order based on a specious allegation that the petitioner continually refused to come to court prepared and was continually using any and all excuses to delay the proceeding.

But my client’s finally been vindicated. Now, the real fight comes in because we’re going to have to go back on paternity to get him the right to visit his child.
