Our Client Got Joint Custody of His Child

Video Transcribed: Hello, I am the dads’ rights attorney.  I just got a protective order and an emergency has been thrown out. The client had been accused of some pretty nasty stuff and was being restricted to professionally-supervised visitation on allegations of domestic violence, sexual assault, and sexual abuse. Just finished up the show cause hearing about the protective order.

The emergency, the judge denied the emergency, denied the protective order, finding there was not enough evidence to support the case. He’s now got joint custody of his child. He’s going to get to see the child this weekend. Really great news for fathers’ rights in Tulsa.
